Heriberto is an electronics execution engineer, with continuous training that includes training in systems, sales and emerging technologies.

During his time in New Zealand, he led a kiwi orchard, learning to manage multicultural teams. Subsequently, at Latam Airlines, he rose to the executive class, standing out for significantly improving the NPS Score on most flights.

Between 2020 and 2023, he was Operations Manager at Importclub Chile, leading all operational and administrative areas. Since late 2023, as Commercial Manager at SuperLatam, he has opened new business opportunities and markets for emerging products.
